Login Issues

When you enter incorrect login information five consecutive times, you may get locked out of Collaborati for security purposes. If this occurs, you will see a message saying that your account is locked temporarily. The lock will expire after a period of time elapses. If you wish, you can avoid waiting for the lock to expire by taking action as described in What do I do if I forgot my password?
