Forgot my Password

  1. Click the Forgot your Password? link on the Collaborati login page. This will open a new window.
  2. Enter your email address in the Email field. Make sure to provide the same email address you gave during registration or when you last updated your account. Without the correct verification information, you will not be able to obtain a new password.
  3. Click Request Password. Your password will be reset and a new password will be emailed to you shortly.

Alternatively, you may request your firm administrator to reset the password for your account. In this case, the new password will be sent to you via email.
