Client Status for Firm Admins

To view the status for a particular Client and Office, follow these steps:

  1. Click “Clients” in the top menu bar
  2. Click "Select Office" to choose the correct Office from the dropdown menu
  3. Either search for the Client's name or find the name of the Client
Client Status Description 
Active The Office has one or more authorized timekeepers who can be used on an invoice.
Pending Office Setup  The Client has authorized the office. The Firm Admin needs to complete the setup for the client in Collaborati. The setup includes reviewing the codes and assigning timekeepers to the Client.
Waiting for Client Authorization  The Client needs to authorize the timekeepers.

Note: If the Client's name does not appear in the list, and the Client's status was previously "Active", the Client may have disabled the Office to prevent further invoicing. Contact the Client or Collaborati Support for more information.
