Client Status for Firm Admins

Editing a office profile after office registration can affect the TeamConnect system, so the client should be contacted before preceding. Editing should only be used for troubleshooting or when specifically requested by the Firm Admin for that Office. The Firm Admin is responsible for editing their Firm and Office profiles and settings.

  1. Select the Clients tab.
  2. Either search for the office or click the name of office.
  3. On this screen, list of clients that are associated with selected Office will be displayed along with status of each client.

The Associated Clients table on the Office Profile page has the following statuses under Client/Office Status:

Client/Office Status  Description 
Active The Office has one or more authorized timekeepers which can be used on an invoice.
Pending Client Setup  The client needs to authorize the office in TeamConnect CSM.
Pending Office Setup  The client has authorized the office. The Office may need to register and complete the setup for a new client in Collaborati. The setup includes reviewing the codes, and assigning timekeepers.
Waiting for Client Authorization  The client needs to authorize the timekeepers.
Disabled If the client disables the Office, the client's name is no longer visible on the Clients page for Firm Admins.
