View Client Contact Information and Billing Guidelines

  1. From anywhere in the Collaborati application, select click on "Clients" in the top menu bar, then click "Select Office" to choose the correct Office from the dropdown menu. The Clients screen opens listing all Collaborati Clients linked to your firm.
  2. Click on the Client's name. The Client Profile screen opens, displaying the client's contact information for your reference.  Contact the Billing Contact (bottom left) for general questions.Eb client email address.png
  3. On the right side of the page, the Documents area displays links to billing guideline documents shared by your Client. For each document, the following information displays:
  • File size
  • Date last updated

Shared documents are transferred to Collaborati at synchronization time. If a client removes a billing guideline document from CSM, the document will also be removed from Collaborati.

Note: Collaborati Firm Admins will receive an email notification on the midnight of the day when new or updated documents are uploaded.  The email will have the subject: <client name> documents on Collaborati have been updated.

Note: If you don't see expected documents in this area or if you have a problem opening a document after downloading it, please check with the Billing Contact listed for your client.
