Risk / Action Image Report
This is a report that is generated for Multiple Actions based on org structure, Action Status, Action Category, Responsible, related Forms, and a date filter.
Navigation
- Go to the Reports module in the navigation bar
- Select Standard Reports
- Locate the Risk / Action Image Report report from the drop down
Report Layout
The report layout displays in 3 sections from top to bottom:
- Bar graph of number actions by month as per the filters
- Pie graph of the Responsible of the Actions filtered
- A table of all the action categories that are raised within the filtered actions
- A listing of all the filtered actions
