Top/Bottom NC Responses Report

This is a report that can be generated for a single Event that has responses configured as Non-Compliance in the form set up. The report shows a graph of 10 columns of the responses with the highest rate of Non Conformance.

Navigation

  • Go to the Reports module in the navigation bar
  • Select Standard Reports
  • Locate the Top/Bottom NC Responses report from the drop down

Report Layout

The report layout displays in 2 sections from top to bottom:

  1. Filters used
  2. Graph of Top 10 Non Compliances
