Response Trend Report

Response Report that Reports on Top 10 Responses in Form 

This is a report that can be generated for Multiple Events based on org structure, form, reporter, status and date filter. The report generates for any event, Incident, Audit, Inspection, Safety Observation, etc. that has responses. 

Navigation

  • Go to the Reports module in the navigation bar
  • Select Standard Reports
  • Locate the Response Trend report from the drop down

Report Layout

The report layout displays in 3 sections from top to bottom:

  1. Filters used
  2. Graph of Top 10 Answers
  3. List of all responses included in the report
