Org Unit Event Report
This report shows the user average scores across a set of sections of selected forms, broken up by Entity. This report is key for audit result analysis as it is comparative across sites and uses traffic lights to denote lacking scores.
Navigation
- Select the Reports tab in the navigation bar
- Select Standard Reports
- In the Select Report section, locate Org Unit Event Report from the drop down

- Filters Used
- Score by section of the Event
- Table of score by section per Entity
