HSEC Alert Report

This report is designed to pull through key incident details (using report positions on the form) and presents them in a summarized format. The data pulled through includes incident date, ID, location, potential and actual outcome, preliminary incident details and immediate / preventative actions taken.

The report also pulls through Lessons Learnt from the investigation section of the Incident Report form. 

Navigation 

  1. Select the Reports tab in the navigation bar
  2. Select Standard Reports
  3. In the Select Report section, locate HSEC Alert Report from the drop down

Report Layout

This report layout displays in 2 sections from top to bottom;

  1. HSEC Alert
  2. HSEC Lessons Learned
