Form Summary Report
Form Summary Report for form content
This report provides a summary of the selected forms (events), including every section of the form and every question. The report also lists any categories associated to the question and if any scoring is applicable. A separate table after each report lists all the findings which have been identified using that particular form.
Navigation
- Select the Reports tab in the navigation bar
- Select Standard Reports
- In the Select Report section, locate Form Summary Report from the drop down
Report Layout
The report is broken down by form. For each form you have your questions, score and categories. These are broken down by the sections of the form.
