Detailed Event Report with Sub Events
Detailed Event Report with Sub Events
This report can be generated for a Single Event, whether that is an Incident, Audit, Inspection, Safety Observation, etc. The reports will generally show a summary or the full details of that Event, such as Questions, Responses, Findings, Actions, etc. and will also display any sub-events.
Navigation
- Go to the Reports module in the navigation bar
- Select Standard Reports
- Locate the Detailed Event Report with Sub Events report from the drop down
Report Layout
The report layout displays in 2 sections from top to bottom:
- Filters used
- Questions and Responses of Event with Actions included
