Module Role Permissions
The table below defines the Module Role Permissions. Role Permissions can be found by navigating to the Admin module, then selecting Role Permissions from the left sidebar menu.
Logbook Module Enabled | When selected, this allows the users' Role to be given further permissions for the respective Module. Such as Allow View and Allow Create. |

Register Module Enabled | When selected, the Users assigned to a Role with this permission enabled will be able to have access to Register Records on the site (depending on other Register permissions and User assignments). |
Reporting Module Enabled | When selected, the Users assigned to a Role with this permission enabled will be able to have access to Reports on the site (depending on other Register permissions and User assignments, as well as the role permissions granted under Business Rules > Reports). |
Help Module Enabled |
When selected, the Users assigned to a Role with this permission enabled will be able to select the ‘?’ Icon at the top right of the page to access the Help Site. |
Reminders Module Enabled | When selected, the Users assigned to a Role with this permission enabled will be able to view Reminder Notifications via the ‘Reminders’ box at the top of the page (depending on User assignments). |
Certification Module Enabled |
When selected, the Users assigned to a Role with this permission enabled will be able to have access to the Certificates Tab within the Admin Module. This is where Certificate Templates can be created and configured to be generated from information within Events. |
Admin Module Enabled | When selected, the users assigned to this role will have access to the Admin module which will then activate Org Unit, User Group, and Roles permissions. |
Entity Module Enabled | When selected, the users assigned to this role will have access to the Entity (Location or Department) module (depending on permissions selected below in the Entity Permissions section). |
Org Unit Module Enabled | When selected, the users assigned to this role will have access to the Org Unit module (depending on permissions selected below in the Org Unit Permissions section). |
User Module Enabled |
When selected, the users assigned to this role will have access to the User module (depending on permissions selected below in the User Permissions section). |
Custom Field Module Enabled |
When selected, the users assigned to this role will have access to the Custom Field menu (depending on permissions selected below in the Custom Field Permissions section). |
Testing Module Enabled | When selected, this permission enables the Monitoring Module. |
Template Module Enabled | When selected, the Users assigned to a Role with this permission enabled will be able to access the Event Templates module to build and edit templates. |
Event Workflow Module Enabled | When selected, the users assigned to this role will have access to the Event workflow menu item in the left sidebar Admin menu and will be able to create Event Workflow. |
Expenses Module Enabled | When selected, the Users assigned to a Role with this permission enabled will be able to see the Expense Module when performing Events, which allows users to record Expenses as part of an Event. |
Bulletin Module Enabled | When selected, the users assigned to this role will have access to the Bulletin menu item in the left sidebar Admin menu (depending on permissions selected below in the Bulletin Permissions section). |
Business Rules Module Enabled | When selected, the users assigned to this role will have access to the Business Rules menu item in the left sidebar menu in the Admin module. |
Roles Module Enabled | When selected, (depending on the selection of the Admin module above) the users assigned to this role will have access to the Roles menu item in the left sidebar Admin menu and will be able to manage Business Rules. |
User Groups Module Enabled | When selected, (depending on the selection of the Admin module above) the users assigned to this role will have access to the User Groups menu item in the left sidebar Admin menu and will be able to manage user groups. |
Event Sampling Module Enabled | When selected, the users assigned to this role will have access to the Event Sampling menu item in the left sidebar Admin menu (depending on permissions selected below in the Event Sampling Permissions section). |
Translation Module Enabled | When selected, the users assigned to this role will have access to the Translation menu item in the left-hand Admin menu. This allows users to specify their own translations for CMO Terminology. |
