Obligation Role Permissions. Role Permissions, explained.

The table below defines the Obligation Role Permissions. Role Permissions can be found by navigating to the Admin module, then selecting Role Permissions from the left sidebar menu.

Obligation Module Enabled	When selected, the Users assigned to a Role with this permission enabled will be able to access the Obligation module.
Obligation Tab Enabled	When selected, the Users assigned to a Role with this permission enabled will be able to access the Obligation tab within the module.
Access Obligation List	When selected, the Users assigned to a Role with this permission enabled will be able to access the Obligation List tab within the module.
Access Obligation Overview	When selected, the Users assigned to a Role with this permission enabled will be able to access the Obligation Overview tab within the module.
Access Dashboard by Obligation	When selected, the Users assigned to a Role with this permission enabled will be able to access the Dashboard by Obligation tab within the module.
Access Dashboard by Entity	When selected, the Users assigned to a Role with this permission enabled will be able to access the Dashboard by Entity tab within the module.
Allow View	When selected, the Users assigned to a Role with this permission enabled will be able to view Obligation records.
Allow Create	When selected, the Users assigned to a Role with this permission enabled will be able to create new Obligation records.
Allow Edit	When selected, the Users assigned to a Role with this permission enabled will be able to edit the details of Obligation records.
Allow Delete	When selected, the Users assigned to a Role with this permission enabled will be able to delete Obligation records.
Allow Clone	When selected, the Users assigned to a Role with this permission enabled will be able to create exact copies of Obligation records.
Allow Add Comment	When selected, the Users assigned to a Role with this permission enabled will be able to add comments to Obligation records.
Allow Add Action	When selected, the Users assigned to a Role with this permission enabled will be able to add an Action against Obligation records.
Allow Manage Status	When selected, the Users assigned to a Role with this permission enabled will be able to change the status of Obligation records.
Allow Manage Attachments	When selected, the Users assigned to a Role with this permission enabled will be able to add or remove attachments against Obligation records.
Allow manage Obligation Rule	When selected, the Users assigned to a Role with this permission enabled will be able to manage the applicability of an Obligation to areas of the Org Unit / Entities.
Allow View User Group Assignments	When selected, the Users assigned to a Role with this permission enabled will be able to view the user assignments for Obligation records.
Allow Manage User Group Assignments	When selected, the Users assigned to a Role with this permission enabled will be able to add or remove user assignments against Obligation records.
Allow Manage Default Assignments	When selected, the Users assigned to a Role with this permission enabled will be able to choose which user assignments are assigned to newly created Obligation records by default.
Allow Create Assessment	When selected, the Users assigned to a Role with this permission enabled will be able to create an assessment against Obligation records.
Allow Edit Role	When selected, the Users assigned to a Role with this permission enabled will be able to edit the Responsible role of te Obligation within the Obligation Edit screen.
Allow Edit Responsible	When selected, the Users assigned to a Role with this permission enabled will be able to change the Responsible user for Obligation records.
Edit Obligation Status	When selected, the Users assigned to a Role with this permission enabled will be able to edit/change an Obligation record's status.
Edit Obligation Topic	When selected, the Users assigned to a Role with this permission enabled will be able to edit the topic and add topics for an Obligation (either in the Admin module or using the green button next to the Topic field within an Obligation.
Edit License Name	When selected, the Users assigned to a Role with this permission enabled will be able to edit License Name using the green button on the Obligation next to the License Name.
Edit License Topic	When selected, the Users assigned to a Role with this permission enabled will be able to create or edit license topics using the green button on the Obligation next to the License Name.
Allow Associate Obligation with GIS	When selected, the Users assigned to a Role with this permission enabled will be able to add a GIS location to an Obligation record.
Allow Manage Topics	When selected, the Users assigned to a Role with this permission enabled will be able to edit Obligation Topics in Business Rules > Topics.
