The table below defines the Entity Role Permissions.
The table below defines the Entity Role Permissions. Role Permissions can be found by navigating to the Admin module, then selecting Role Permissions from the left sidebar menu.
| Entity Module Enabled | When selected, users assigned to this Role with this permission enabled will be able to access the Event Module. |
| Entity Tab Enabled | When selected, the Entity tab will display within the Entity module. |
| Allow View | When selected, users assigned to this Role with this permission enabled will be able to access Events created by their inferiors on the site. |
| Allow Create | When selected, users assigned to this Role with this permission enabled will be able to create new Entities. |
| Allow Edit | When selected, users assigned to this Role with this permission enabled will be able to edit Entity details. |
| Allow Delete | When selected, users assigned to this Role with this permission enabled will be able to delete Entities. |
| Allow Archive | When selected, users assigned to this Role with this permission enabled will be able to archive Entities. This will mark them as inactive but will retain all existing data against the Entity. |
| Allow Change Image | When selected, users will be able to add and delete files from the "Heatmap Image" field in the Entity record. |
| Allow Manage Org Unit Assignments | When selected, users assigned to this Role with this permission enabled will be able to edit and delete Org Unit Assignments within Entities. |
| Allow Manage Attachments | When selected, users assigned to this Role with this permission enabled will be able to edit and delete attachments within Entities. |
| Allow View User Group Assignments | When this permission is checked in conjunction with the “User Groups Module Enabled” permission, Users will have access to view the Assignments tab in Entity records which displays the User Groups assigned to that Entity. |
| Allow Manage User Groups Assignments | When this permission is checked in conjunction with the role “User Groups Module Enabled”, Users will have access to view and edit the Assignments tab in Entity records which displays the User Groups assigned to that entity. |
| Allow Manage Default Assignments | When selected, users assigned to this Role with this permission enabled will be able to add and remove assignments that are automatically assigned to newly created Entities. |
| Allow View Archived Items | When selected, users assigned to this Role with this permission enabled will be able to view archived Entities. Archived Entities are marked as inactive, instead of deleted, and still hold all of the original data against the Entity. |
| Allow Manage Entity Types | When selected, users assigned to this Role with this permission enabled will be able to edit, add, and delete Entity Types. |
