Event Role Permissions

The table below defines the Event Role Permissions.

The table below defines the Event Role Permissions. Role Permissions can be found by navigating to the Admin module, then selecting Role Permissions from the left sidebar menu. 

Event Module Enabled When selected, the Users assigned to a Role with this permission enabled will be able to access the Events module.
Event Tab Enabled When selected, the Events tab will display within the Event module. 
Access Inferiors Events When selected, the Users assigned to a Role with this permission enabled will be able to access Events created by Inferiors on their site. Please note,  this only affects Users who are selected as another User’s Superior User. 
Allow Create When selected, the Users assigned to a Role with this permission enabled will be able to create new Events.
Allow New button on Event List When selected, the Users assigned to a Role with this permission enabled will be able to access and use the New button within the Events module. 
Allow Edit When selected, the Users assigned to a Role with this permission enabled will be able to edit Events.
Allow Delete When selected, the Users assigned to a Role with this permission enabled will be able to delete Events.
Report form Cog When selected, the Users assigned to a Role with this permission enabled will be able to generate an Event Report from the cog wheel menu of an Event. 
Allow Perform Event When selected, the Users assigned to a Role with this permission enabled will be able to perform an Event, filling in the respective Form information. 
Allow Read Only Perform When selected, this permission provides read-only access to Events. This means users can view all questions and answers, but cannot edit or add any information. 
Allow Edit Event Sub-status When selected, the Users assigned to a Role with this permission enabled will be able to change a sub-status of an Event (if sub-status is enabled). 
Allow Change Event Category Type When selected, the Users assigned to a Role with this permission enabled will be able to change the Event Category and Event Type values for an Event. 
Allow Edit Potential Severity When selected, the Users assigned to a Role with this permission enabled will be able to change the Potential Severity of an Event. 
Allow Copy When selected, the Users assigned to a Role with this permission enabled will be able to make a copy of an Event. This means an Event will be copied with all of the original creation details. 
Allow View Event History When selected, the Users assigned to a Role with this permission enabled will be able to view the history of an Event, showing all of the changes made since it was created. 
Allow Re-sync to Mobile When selected, the Users assigned to a Role with this permission enabled will be able to sync an Event back down to a mobile application (iOS, Windows, Android). 
Allow Restore to Server When selected, the Users assigned to a Role with this permission enabled will be able to sync an Event to the server (Web).
Allow Perform In Review Event When selected, the Users assigned to a Role with this permission enabled will be able to perform an Event that is in the "In Review" status. 
Allow make In Review When selected, the Users assigned to a Role with this permission enabled will be able to change the status of an Event to "In Review". 
Allow make Canceled When selected, the Users assigned to a Role with this permission enabled will be able to cancel an Event, keeping the Event on-site but making sure all workflow actions are canceled so no more work/action notifications are present. 
Allow make Complete When selected, the Users assigned to a Role with this permission enabled will be able to mark Events as "Complete".
Allow Change Sync Status When selected, the Users assigned to a Role with this permission enabled will be able to change the sync status of an Event. This sync status controls if the Event stays on the web application or queues it to sync down to a mobile device. 
Allow Paper Version When selected, the Users assigned to a Role with this permission enabled will be able to view a paper version of Events (document format). Paper versions can be printed out and used as a physical Form to be performed. 
Allow Jump to Finding When selected, the Users assigned to a Role with this permission enabled will be able to jump ahead to Findings in an Event. This means they would not have to navigate all sections of an Event to find the Findings. 
Allow make Closed When selected, the Users assigned to a Role with this permission enabled will be able to mark and Event as "Closed". 
Allow Reopen When selected, the Users assigned to a Role with this permission enabled will be able to open Events that are marked as "Completed", "Closed", or "Canceled". The user will be able to perform the Event after it is re-opened. 
Allow Add Notes in Read Only Perform When selected, the Users assigned to a Role with this permission enabled will be able to add notes inside an Event when they are performing Events in "Read Only" mode. 
Allow Add Notes When selected, the Users assigned to a Role with this permission enabled will be able to add notes to an Event. 
Allow Manage Party Involved When selected, the Users assigned to a Role with this permission enabled will be able to add and remove users involved in an Event. 
Allow Edit All Sub-statuses When selected, the Users assigned to a Role with this permission enabled will be able to edit all Event sub-statuses.
Allow Re-Inspection When selected, the Users assigned to a Role with this permission enabled will be able to re-inspect an Event.

Allow View All Performers When selected, the Users assigned to a Role with this permission enabled will be able to view all "Performer" users on the site, but cannot make any changes/edits to them. 
Allow View User Group Assignments When selected, the Users assigned to a Role with this permission enabled will be able to view group assignments for an Event.
Allow Manage User Group Assignments When selected, the Users assigned to a Role with this permission enabled will be able to add and remove user group assignments that are automatically assigned to newly created Events. 
Allow Import When selected, the Users assigned to a Role with this permission enabled will be able to import users to an Event.
Allow View Multi-Route When selected, the Users assigned to a Role with this permission enabled will be able to
Allow Print Event QR Code When selected, the Users assigned to a Role with this permission enabled will be able to generate a unique QR code for an Event. The QR code will contain key details of the Event (configured to show). 
Allow Actual Billing Import When selected, the Users assigned to a Role with this permission enabled will be able to
Allow Expenses Billing Import When selected, the Users assigned to a Role with this permission enabled will be able to
Distribute When selected, the Users assigned to a Role with this permission enabled will be able to
Allow Reminder Intervals When selected, the Users assigned to a Role with this permission enabled will be able to
Allow Create Tentative Event When selected, the Users assigned to a Role with this permission enabled will be able to
Allow Edit Entity from Event Dialog When selected, the Users assigned to a Role with this permission enabled will be able to edit Entity information from within an Event or New Event screen. 
Allow Mange Confidential Attachments When selected, the Users assigned to a Role with this permission enabled will be able to add and remove confidential attachments to an Event.
Allow Manage Event Hours Worked When selected, the Users assigned to a Role with this permission enabled will be able to add, edit, and remove Hours Worked values against an Event. 
Administrative Business Process When selected, the Users assigned to a Role with this permission enabled will be able to
Allow Associate Event with GIS When selected, the Users assigned to a Role with this permission enabled will be able to add a GIS value against an Event. 
Allow Edit Complete Date When selected, the Users assigned to a Role with this permission enabled will be able to edit the Completed Date field of an Event.
