Roles

Introduction

The Roles module, located within the Admin module, is the main engine that controls what each User will have permission to do or see. In CMO, users must be given permission to access, view, and perform actions on anything within the application.

New roles can be created, edited, and the permissions can be changed at any point in time, given your role has permission to do so. Click here to see step-by-step instructions on creating a new role.

See the Role Permission Index to view definitions, exceptions, and caveats for each Role Permission in CMO.
