1. Go to the Reports tab.
2. Find the report you would like to run and click on it to open.
3. Select your report parameters.
4. Choose from Create Scheduled Report, Save Report Parameters, or View Report.
a. Create Scheduled Report allows you to schedule the report to run on specific days and a specified time of day. You can also set the report to run until a specific date and keep a set number of report instances. Your scheduled report can be found under the Other Reports section. Simply click Scheduled Reports and you will see all reports that ran on schedule. You can change the schedule by clicking Manage Scheduled Reports, find the report, and click Edit Schedule.
b. Save Report Parameters allows you to save the report using the parameters you selected. You will find the report in the My Saved Reports section.
c. View Report allows you to view the report and export it to a different file type.
