How to check if a user's email address is AWS Verified

Go to the Options menu. Under Manage Tenant Settings, click Users. Find the user account in the user list and open the record. Check the field called AWS Email Verified. If a value of "No" is next to it, click Reverify. This will trigger an email to be sent to the user with a link. Once the user clicks on that link, their email address will be verified with Tracker's email provider and the user can send emails to clients from Tracker.
