I created a document checklist type but it does not appear in the Document Type dropdown list when I try to send a document checklist request

From the Options Menu, select Document Checklist Types under Configure Content Settings.  Find and Edit the Document Checklist Type.  Check that the Visible box is enabled.  Also check that the Document Checklist Type is available in the appropriate object level (process, individual, or organization).
