What's New?
API
A new GET Client API endpoint enables authorized clients and integration partners that are not configured as Distributors to retrieve Client configuration information using either an internal or external Client ID. This expands access to existing GET Client functionality while preserving the current Distributor-based endpoint.
If you have any questions, please contact the Tracker I-9 Support Team by creating a case on the Support Portal.
Bug Fixes
- Fixed an issue where employee profile creation through the API failed when employee names contained certain special or accented characters, resulting in an incorrect validation error.
- Fixed an issue where the file size validation message display time was too short when uploading a document larger than 10 MB in Section 2, making the message difficult to read.
- Fixed an issue where follow-up messages were not received when selecting Save and Send Message under Employee Communication settings after Section 1 was completed in the Employer Appoint workflow.
- Fixed an issue where editing an email customization resulted in an Unexpected Error when the corresponding email template was saved as a draft at the Distributor level.
- Fixed an issue where Refugee was incorrectly displayed as an option in the Additional Document dropdown for List A: Foreign Passport with I-94 or I-94A on the Awaiting Section 2 Approval page.
- Fixed an issue where API and SAML 2.0 SSO requests allowed Standalone I-9 Manager and Unified Client Admin accounts to be created or updated with an inactive security role instead of rejecting the request when the role was not active and available to the Client.
