Why do I receive an HTTP 404 error when I click the “Help” button?

The most likely cause of such an error is that the User Help files are not installed. To install the “Help” files contact your Database Administrator and ask them to deploy the User Help .war file on the application server. For more information and to customize the User Help files, refer to the appropriate Installation Guide for details.
