Why can I not open a document directly from TeamConnect after checking it out and saving it?
If you’re having a problem with opening documents that you JUST saved on your computer and this dialog box no longer appears (That is if you see this ‘Download complete’ pop-up window for a split second, but the ‘Close this dialog box when download completes’ checkbox is checked), then follow the following instructions.
Step (1) : Go into Tools and select the last option, ‘Internet Options’
Cannot open Document
Step (2): Go to the ‘Advanced’ tab on the top right
Step (3): Scroll down in the ‘Settings’ section a little bit until you see the ‘Notify when downloads complete’
Step (4): If you are having this problem outlined at the top of these instructions, then this check box should be unchecked. To remedy this problem, check the checkbox and apply
