Is there a way to set which fields are selected by default in “Printable View”?

This is answer for how to set which fields are selected by default in printable view.

When a user clicks the “Printable View” button while viewing a record in TeamConnect, a pop-up window will appear that allows the user to specify which sections will be included in the print preview page.



There is currently no way to specify which sections are selected by default in the “Printable View” pop-up window. These defaults are set by the product itself.
