How to populate the "Status Summary" field on Disputes with a History record
This is the solution to how to populate the "status summary" field on disputes with a history record.
In order to populate the "Status Summary" field with the latest history, the primary category of the history record must be "Status." Refer to the following steps:
- Go into the dispute.
2. Go into history/narratives.
3. Click the desired history/narrative.
4. Click categories.
5. Click "Edit".
6. Change primary category to "Status".
7. Click "Save and Close".
8. Check to see if the "Status Summary" field is populated
