Collaborati and TeamConnect sync issue

Problem Summary

Collaborati and TeamConnect synchronization issue.

The matter is not available at ebilling even after adding the related vendor contact as invloved party.


Due to mutliple accounts with same name in TeamConnect. The one which was associated with the matter was not the one which had a Collaborati profile.


Removed the current (duplicate) vendor contact and added the correct one so that the matter is available at Collaborati end for the Vendor.
