CSM - How to view previously Unauthorized Timekeepers

How to view Unauthorized Timekeepers:

Temporarily stop the CSM sync

Click on the Office/Vendor Name

From the Office/Vendor page, click on Timekeepers then

Choose “New Timekeeper Authorization”

Click the Checkbox that says “View previously unauthorized Timekeepers on the next step.”

Click Next button

Results: Displayed are the timekeepers that have been automatically or manually rejected. Select the timekeepers you wish to authorize by checking the corresponding checkboxes. In addition, please verify the contact record for each selected timekeeper is correct. Click "Next" when you are done.

After you have reviewed the Unauthorized Timekeepers, start the CSM sync again.
