MitraCode Rule Projected Savings Report
This documentation is regarding the procedure on how the clients can schedule reports that provide Mitratech with information about the performance of the InvoiceIQ module in the client's environment. Rather than using TCBI as was used for the other dashboards, this report is using the TeamConnect Legacy / Native Reporting tool. The MitraCode Rule Projected Savings Report is installed along with InvoiceIQ module installation unlike the TCBI dashboards.
Note: The savings report is currently only compatible with instances using Oracle databases. Support for MSSQL databases will be added with a TeamConnect patch in the future.
Note: When the system locale file is updated, DataWarehouse needs to be refreshed. For more information, refer to this article When do I need to run install/initial/refresh?
Clients would like to know whether or not the recommendations made by InvoiceIQ are presenting savings opportunities. In order to present this information, we have a report which will show the MitraCode recommendations with the recommended savings.
Projected Savings = IIQ Recommendation Percent * Line Item Original Total * Invoice Exchange Rate (Invoice Exchange Rate is to account for invoices which are not in the system currency)
Line Item Number is the count of Invoice Line Items.
The report groups by Spend Category. The filters are
- Posted Invoices
- Invoices Created in the Last Thirty Days (parameter)
- Insight has value
- Invoice Type is Standard
This report will also allow Mitratech to see how InvoiceIQ is adding value for our clients.
