Matter Spend Analytics Dashboard

TeamConnect Business Intelligence provides a number of starter dashboards. These dashboards can be tailored to your individual requirements, as they may not work with your system without customization, and you may need to remap certain fields based on your data model.

Note: The Matter Budget Insights feature is not necessary to utilize this dashboard, which is designed for embedding within matter records.

The minimum version that supports this starter dashboard is TCE 6.3.5 and TCBI 6.3.7

Introduction

The Matter spend analytics  dashboard provides valuable information. Enhance your matter with an optional report that provides detailed spend insights, empowering you to make informed decisions about remaining budget. This dashboard addresses the following key spend metrics for the matter:

  • The percentage of spend by each vendor
  • The percentage of spend by the top 10 task codes (fees and expenses)
  • The spend over the last 12 months based on invoice net total amounts

The Matter spend analytics dashboard offers a more intuitive and user-friendly presentation of matter spend data, currently available in TeamConnect's Budget tab. This feature provides visualizations that enable informed financial decision-making and to minimize unnecessary spend. This template shares similarities with other starter templates and it is provided as an additional option for clients to use and customize according to their specific needs.
