Cards are organized into tabs and grouped by category. Click any card, tell us how important it is, and add details about what you need. You can also click "Submit idea" in the top-right corner to suggest something new. |
After submitting, you'll receive a confirmation email. Click the link to verify — your feedback is recorded once confirmed. Your email and company are automatically captured, so the product team knows who you are. |

Portal Tabs and What Happens After You Submit
The portal organizes cards into three tabs that tell you where things stand:

| Under Consideration | We're collecting feedback and evaluating this initiative. No committed delivery timeline yet. |
| In Development | Active engineering work is happening. We're building this. |
| Launched | This initiative has shipped. Cards stay here permanently so you can see what's been delivered over time. |
After you submit feedback, the product team reviews it and links it to planned work. As work progresses, cards move through tabs: from Under Consideration, to In Development, to Launched. Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need an account to use the portal?
No. The portal is a standalone page — no login or account creation needed. Just open the link and browse.
Do I need to verify my email every time?
You verify once per card you submit feedback on. Productboard remembers your email for future visits.
Can I see what other clients submitted?
No. You can see the cards and any updates posted by the product team, but individual submissions from other clients are not visible.
I submitted feedback but haven't heard anything. What happened?
The product team reviews submissions regularly. If it's been more than a few weeks, contact your Customer Success Manager or Mitratech Support for a status check.
I found a bug. Should I use the portal?
The portal accepts all feedback, but bugs are best reported through the normal Mitratech Support ticket process for faster resolution. If you do submit a bug through the portal, the product team will make sure it gets routed to the right place.
My feedback doesn't fit any existing card.
Click "Submit idea" in the top-right corner to suggest something new. The product team will route it to the right place.
What happened to the old Aha Ideas Portal?
We migrated to a new platform that better supports our feedback process. All historical submissions have been preserved. The old tap.ideas.aha.io link is no longer active. For a complete history of TAP releases, visit the TAP Release Notes page.
