How - To Configure Default Page Views

  1. Last updated
  2. Save as PDF
Change default filters and search results within modules using the Options.

Display Size

  • Display Size determines how many results will be shown on one page

Customize Columns

  • Available Columns are the columns not currently selected
  • Selected Columns are the columns shown on the results page
  • The Column display order can be sorted by selecting the column name and using the "Up" and "Down" options
  • Columns can be removed by selecting the column name in the "Selected" section and choosing the "<<" to move it back to available columns

Sort Order

  • Choose the order your records are displayed by selecting the first, second & third sort order

  • The Sort Order can be reset by selecting "Clear Sort"

  • Sort Results can be switched between Ascending and Descending from the results page at any time without going into the Options
