What is the best format to use if I want to adjust columns of information?
The “Microsoft Excel” option is best for formatting and adjusting column width.
I adjusted my column width in Excel, but now the data isn’t printing on one page.
Within Excel, click on the “View” Tab (Usually the last tab option at the top of the page). From there you will see “Page Break Preview”, once you click this you will see your page breaks and can make adjustments from there. Always use Page Break Preview or Print Preview before printing your documents. You can also adjust print margins within Print Preview.
What is the best format to use to create charts and graphs with my information?
CSV format will export your information into Excel and offer the most flexibility to run reports with your data, but make sure to delete the page footer information in Excel.
