This is a General Release of OpRiskControl following improvements to the software.

Enhancements

S2071	Ten Risk Manager has been rebranded as OpRiskControl.
S2064	Actions: RBS has been enhanced to add the same Custodian limitations to an Action as was previously available only for a Risk.
S2023	Documentation: Notifications have been described fully in chapter 5 of the OpRiskControl System Administrators’ Guide.
S2013	IE11: OpRiskControl now supports Internet Explorer 11.
S2008	Server Support: OpRiskControl now supports Windows Server 2012 and Windows Server 2012 R2. Server Support: OpRiskControl now supports SQL Server 2012.

CRM59014, S2063	Documentation: The OpRiskControl documentation did not explain the configuration steps required to allow emails to be sent for Incidents. This information has been added to section 5.7.2 of the OpRiskControl System Administrators' Guide and to section 4.9 of the OpRiskControl Users’ Guide.
CRM58977, S2060	Read-only Role: When a user was added to a read-only Role, under certain conditions, that user was able to edit Risk and Action fields.
CRM58990, S2061	Notification Manager: It was not possible to set the Notification Manager Primary Contact as the Risk Owner.
CRM57872, S1955	Dashboard: The dashboard did not correctly populate the Reviews Due field with the relevant value when associated field values were changed.
S2065	Read-only Access: It is no longer possible for a user who has read-only access only to be able to edit the Risk History page.
S2030	User Details: Under certain conditions, an error would occur when a user attempted to select different tabs on the User Details page.
S1989	Division: When Limit risk access by division was enabled and a user’s division was changed, an error would occur.
