Mitratech HQ is the headquarters for your Mitratech solutions. As the central access to our solutions, HQ provides you one login for all of them, making it easier to navigate and complete day to day activities.

When invited to Mitratech HQ, you will see this activation email: 

Click the “Activate account” button to create a password

Please note that if your company admin has configured an SSO provider the option to set up a password will be skipped and you will be asked to activate your account instead. 

Once you've logged in, you’ll land on the product dashboard. The dashboard helps you jump between solutions, as well as the product switcher at the top right corner. 

The experience will vary depending on the role. There are 2 types of roles in HQ:

• Basic users: they can access the dashboard to navigate to the different solutions and edit their profile.

• Admin users: In addition to the basic user permissions, they have access to the authentication settings and manage users section.

The Product Switcher is also available inside the connected solutions.
 

Basic users can access and edit their basic profile from either HQ or an individual product. System administrators have access to additional sections to configure their authentication method and manage users.
