Activate Mitratech HQ account

When a user gets invited to Mitratech HQ, they will get an activation email: 

Once the email gets sent click on the “Activate account” option to create a password

Once the password is set, you’ll land on the product dashboard.

If the company admin has configured an SSO provider the option to set up a password will be skipped.

Getting around the platform

As a user:

Once you log in, you’ll see a dashboard with all of your connected products. You can access the products from there or via the Product Switcher (aka 9 box grid).

The Product Switcher is also available inside the connected products.

Basic users can access and edit their basic profile from either HQ or an individual product. System administrators have access to additional sections to configure their authentication method and manage users.
