Require a Link to the Custodian Portal on All Holds
This topic explains the setting that requires users to add a link to the custodian portal before sending a hold to recipients.
Notice Customizations Setting
When the Display Custodian Portal Link in All Hold Notices toggle is enabled, users will be required to add a link to the custodian portal (via a variable). When the toggle is diabled, a link to the custodian portal is not required to send a hold.
To Turn This Setting On
Navigate to System Settings > Notice Customizations to edit this setting. Turn this toggle on to ensure the link to the custodian portal is attached to all hold notice emails. This link will not be added to escalation emails or custodian reminders.
