Improvements

We introduce the following features:

Improvement: After improving SQL queries performance by converting Unicode strings to a different standard, Chinese characters were not saved correctly, but now LegalHold supports different standards.

Issues Resolution

We resolved the following issues:

Issue: All Active Holds > Manage Holds > Questionnaire Analysis > View Response Details button doesn't show the questionnaire’s answers, instead it shows a warning about the datatable not being able to reinitialize.

Issue: We fixed an issue where CSV files generated by Questionnaire Analysis contained HTML code.

Issue: We restored the admins capability to select Hold, Notice, and Questionnaire templates after a security fix affected this capability.

Issue: We fixed an issue where reminder emails sent a subject line template containing variables instead of the hold and matter information.

Issue: The following behavior was encountered when sending the hold:

  • An exception was written to the log files.

  • Hold administrators saw the hold status as unsent.

  • Custodians received the hold notification.

Issue: When toggle Use Custom Response Page and Responses to Questionnaires are Mandatory for Custodian Compliance to a Hold are enabled, and the hold is answered in Notice Response, the Submit button doesn’t change to Save and Continue.
