Enhancements/Improvements

Enhancement: For People Import, an option is now available to enable Pretty Good Privacy (PGP) encryption for the transfer of encrypted data from an internal Human Resources (HR) system to LegalHold.
Description: To enable this feature, navigate to the People Import scheduled task. On the Add FTP Details step, enable the PGP Decryption toggle and type the information for the key used to decrypt the data. Select Continue. See People Import Setup for more information.

Enhancement: For People Import, an option is now available to specify a private key to be used to connect to the File Transfer Protocol (FTP) account used to transfer people information from an internal HR system.
Description: To enable this feature, navigate to the People Import scheduled task. On the Add FTP Details step, enable the Authenticate using Private Key toggle and type the text for the key used to connect to the FTP account. Select Continue. See People Import Setup for more information.

Enhancement: A new role has been created in LegalHold so that this user can view all legal holds regardless of matter security.
Description: The new Super Hold Administrator role can view matter information on holds even if the matter is private in the matter management system. This role does not have system administration capabilities (user management and system settings). See Add New Users to the System for more information.

Bug Fixes 

Issue: Updates to Non-custodial Data Sources.
Description: When uploading Non-custodial Data Sources from an internal system, pre-exisitng records fail to update with changes if the record is already found.
