Enhancements/Improvements

Enhancement: We have created a New Export Tool. This tool allows administrators to export objects to a CSV file, which can be uploaded via FTP to a server or can be sent to a specific user in LegalHold.
Description: The export tool requires the following settings:

• Name of the CSV file
• Object(s) to be exported
• Fields from the selected object to be exported
• FTP server setup
• Email notification setup (selection of people to send the report)

Note: There are some restrictions to this tool. You can select a maximum of 3 objects from LegalHold, for example, LegalHold, Matter, Notice, People, User, and only if they are related. For example, User is related to People, Matters to LegalHold.

Enhancement: New Export Tool configuration improvements.
Description: In the New Export Tool, you can select the people to send a report by configuring Email Details.

Enhancement: New Scheduled Task in Export Tool.
Description: In Export Tool CSV export, we have implemented a new Scheduled Task that allows you to configure tasks, save the configuration, and schedule at what time they’ll run.

Enhancement: We have implemented an Early Termination date for employees, a new task where people's records are updated based on a CSV file that is imported to LegalHold. The task updates the existing records that match the CSV file. It also enables toggle Early termination, which sets early termination date for records. This task also sends a notification to specific custodians and hold(s) in the hold list.
Description: Early Termination date for employees behaves similarly to People Import task. See People Import Setup.

Enhancement: Holds.
Description: Now you can add back a custodian to an active legal hold after the custodian has been released.

Enhancement: New notification task.
Description: We have added a new task that notifies the manager about early terminations.

Enhancement: New Auditing task.
Description: We have added a new task to audit changes to custodian information and people records. Changes made to an employee record, such as changes to job title, department, manager, etc., now trigger notifications to other people. The criteria to audit an employee is whether the individual is on active hold. You can configure who gets notified.

Enhancement: New options in Scheduled Task.
Description: Now Scheduled Task has the following options:

• You run the scheduled task, which in turn runs all the configuration files configured for that task.
• You expand the scheduled task and run configuration files one by one.

Bug Fixes

Issue: Hold Notice email.
Description: Now the Hold Notice email shows the recipient list when the Display Recipients button is set.
