How to turn on the notifications on custodians questionnaire response changes?

To turn on the notifications on custodians questionnaire response changes, go to System Settings → Hold and Reminder Customizations and turn on the toggle for notifications for the questionnaire response changes.

Whenever a custodian changes their responses to questions on an active hold questionnaire, the hold sender is notified via email for the hold. The mail notification will contain following details:

• Custodian Name
• Custodian Email
• Hold Name
• Matter Name
• Matter Number
• Link to the questionnaire history page

How to view the LegalHold questionnaire history as a Custodian?

The Custodian must re-answer the questions when a hold is reissued if they confirm "Yes". The previous responses will be available as a history.

To view the Questionnaire History, go to My Holds → My Active Holds tab. And click on any response from the available Hold Tile or click the timer icon.

The View History tab provides the history of all changes made by the custodian.

The Questionnaire Response History page provides the history of  response entries made by the custodian. 

How to view the LegalHold questionnaire history as a Hold Administrator?

As a Hold administrator, users’ can view the changes made to questionnaire and history of responses. 

To view the changes made to the questionnaire, go to All Holds → My Active Holds tab. And click on any response from the available Hold Tile.

Click the Timer button, under ACTIONS Column

The View History tab provides the history of all changes made by the user.

The Questionnaire Response History tab provides the history of response entries made by the user.
