In order to maintain  unique ID in Legal hold numbers, the TeamConnect integration allows the users to maintain unique Id in  LegalHold numbering. This is an auto-generated numbering system setup in the TeamConnect module.

To enable the  auto-generate settings in TeamConnect, you need to have admin access to the TeamConnect  and a new settings page under LegalHold Parent Settings.

1. Go to Admin Tab → Under Legal Hold Settings → click Auto number generation settings.
2. Click Edit to make changes to the Auto number generation settings.
3. Fill the following fields as required:
   • Enable the settings: Mark the checkbox against to enable the auto numbering setting in LegalHold
   • Separator: This can be dash, underscore or period
   • Leading Zeroes: No. of zeros precedes the numbers
   • Hold number Preview: The preview is displayed here
4. Click Save and Close.
