Custodian Import Audit Notification

Custodian Import Audit Notification is a scheduled task set to send out an email notification that lists all the changes applied to any custodian added using the HR Feed to a defined account or the custodian's manager.

  1. Go to Scheduled task → Custodian import Audit notification task

  2. You can edit this setting by clicking the edit icon.




 

  1. You can run the scheduled task by clicking the run icon.

  2. In the pop up window, click the Yes, Run Now button.

     

  3. Changes made to the holds are mailed via this custodian import audit scheduled task. And the manager will receive an notification mail as shown below:
