Issue: Adding an admin option to move document indexing to a nightly scheduled task

Additional Note: The nightly task must be setup under My Lawtrac > Application Administration > Application & Database > Scheduled Tasks > [Add IndexDocBank.cfm]. This feature was added as a work around for a Coldfusion error that would occur when deleting recently added documents.

Issue: Resolved an issue for Forecasting Report (FIN058) where Type’2 of the same name could appear multiple times if for different Matters.
