Can "Message Notifications" be set up differently on each matter?

Yes, they can be set up globally in admin settings and then changed for each matter on the matter itself.

Are "Matter Screen Preferences" the same for each user?

No, each user has the ability to configure their own matter screen preferences. Keep in mind that the preferences will reflect on each matter and they do not vary per matter. 

What file types can I drag into Lawtrac? 

The same file types that your system allows for upload can be dragged into the system via drag and drop.

Why can't I see the "Password Rules" section?

It is likely that you cannot see this section because you are not a Super User. Only Super Users have access to this information.
