Can you change the Quick Find settings at the admin level for all users? 

The Quick Find settings are user specific and cannot be changed globally. In order to alter your Quick Find settings, click on “Your Settings” option after conducting a Quick Find search. image

Can I filter the Quick Find results by matter type? 

Yes, you can filter your Quick Find results using the additional filtering options on the right hand side to narrow down the results. image

Will the flags I create in “My Flags” only show for me? 

Yes, “My Flags” is user specific and only the user that flagged the item will see the flag.
