Cannot add a “product” or “divison” to a matter even though there are business areas defined in the system. This issue is related to user permissions. Adjust the following permissions to resolve this issue: 

o Select People 
o Select In House Legal Department 
o Select the user 
o Select Matter Permissions link 
o Click Main Elements on the left side menu 
o Click the red dot next to view\edit for product and division to turn it green (enable it)
