Can firms submit multi-matter invoices in Collaborati?

Yes, a firm can submit multi-matter invoices. For the firms to submit multi-matter invoices via Collaborati they will take the following steps: 

  • Invoice | Create Invoice 
  • Populate fields as usual 
  • Add line item choosing a matter 
  • Add additional line items choosing a different matter (see example below) 


If they are submitting a LEDES file, they will simply change the matter number(s) at the end of the line items in the LEDES file.
