Unable to add a Legal Department User
User attempts to add a new Legal Department user by following the steps below:
- Select My Lawtrac
- Select Application Administration
- Select Add New Department Member
- Populate all the required fields
- Click Continue
Once done, the screen does not move to the next step.
The client needs to confirm the following for the user prior to clicking continue:
- Email addresses must be unique
- Confirm that a duplicate record is not being added
