Set Default MR Roles for Different Stages of Dynamic Workflow based on OU levels
This guide helps the user to learn how to set the default MR roles for different stages of Dynamic Workflow based on Smartfrom OU4 levels which stays the same across the different stages. The OU structure in SmartForm auto-populates based on the Initiator employee profile.
If a Smartform has 4 levels of Dynamic workflow configured and the MR is role-based, then at each of the stages 1,2,3 and 4; the user can restrict the role names as shown in the table.

The roles will be multi-select and there is an option to choose the default one. The form Initiator/MR will be able to change the default Role from the lists of Roles they specify in each OU4 level.
Configure the Settings:
- Configure the Smartfrom settings in the Workflow Wizard to enable setting the default MR roles for different stages of Dynamic Workflow based on Smartfrom OU4 levels.
- Select Form Mgt Rep from = Role-based OU (This option will only be for DW stages workflow wizard).

Once the Select Form Mgt. Rep. from: option is enabled, the form MR role will be mapped from the Group Reporting structure.
Note: Any stages could also be configured to not be role-based in the Dynamic workflow (as already works), in which case this job will be not applicable for those stages only.
