Set Due for Completion Date based on a Single Select Value

This enhancement will allow the Due for the Completion date to be set based on the value set in a predefined Single Select field within the SMART Form.

Integrum introduces new configuration settings into the Workflow Wizard which are as follows:

Set Due for a Completion date on the Single Select field is set to ‘No’ by default. If this setting is enabled, the following fields will be displayed:

• Single Select Field – Section Id_Field Id

  • This field will record the Section Id and field Id of the field that will be used as the basis to calculate the Due for Completion date.

• The functionality should be the same as that used in the Field Level Notification area where the user right clicks in the Single Select Field – Section Id_Field Id field and the following popup appears:

  • The user will then set the Section and Field fields and click OK.

  • The Single Select Field – Section Id_Field Id field is then populated with the SectionId_Field Id

    

Field Value / Number of Days - This field will auto-populate with the list values associated with the Sectionid_Fieldid set in the Single Select Field – Section Id_Field

• Values field  - will auto-populate with the list values associated with the Sectionid_Fieldid set in the Single Select Field – Section Id_Field Id field if not possible – the user will need to manually enter the Values.

• Number of Days field – this field will be manually set by the user and will be a numeric value <=366 days.  This field will only accept numerical entries (i.e. the user cannot enter any special characters)
