Reallocate Rejected Smartform to a New User

Reallocate Rejected Smartform to a New User

Implemented new functionality where the initiator can now reallocate a rejected Smartform to a new user instead of an already assigned user. This is done by clicking on Reallocate button which is only available to the initiator in Reject status in Form Workflow.

Steps to Reallocate Rejected Smartform

  1. Log in to Integrum Application.
  2. Go to Administration > Smart Form Builder > Form Template.
  3. From the list of form templates, open a required form template.
  4. Click Edit and select the Workflow Wizard option.

5. Go to Library, scroll down to find and select Reallocate option. Drag and drop the option to the Form Actions section so that the reallocation option can be activated for the user.

6. Go to Smart Form Builder > View Library > open the assigned form and click Edit.

7. From the form menu options, select the Reject button to reject the Smartform, enter comments in the comments section and click OK.

8. To reallocate the rejected Smartform, click Edit.

9. Click on the initiator tab to allocate the Smartform to a new user and select the user to assign the Smartform.

 10. Enter comments in the comment section pop-up and click OK.

11. The Smartform is now reallocated to a new user and a notification will be sent to the new user via email.
