Enable Visibility of Draft Document in Views to Form MR

This is a new enhancement in the Integrum application for Form MR to see the draft documents in Views. The user must select setting options 'Yes' or 'No' to enable or disable this functionality.

Steps to Enable/Disable the Functionality:

  1. Log in to the Integrum Application
  2. Go to Smartform Builder > View Library > Edit existing view/Create a new view
  3. Go to ‘Enable view for FormMR (Only applicable for my views) and select ‘Yes’.
  4. Selecting ‘Yes’ enables FormMR to see the draft documents in view.

5. By default, the option will be set to ‘No’.
